Charlotte Deng, Deputy Director, Finance Policy, Ministry of Health

Charlotte is currently Deputy Director (Finance Policy) at the Ministry of Health, where she leads a team to formulate, review, and implement long-term care financing policies, including insurance and safety nets, to ensure sustainability and affordability of long-term care for Singaporeans. Previously, she had served in other parts of the public service, such as in the Ministry of Communications and Information and the Prime Minister’s Office.
