With over 15 years of experience in communications, Daphne is currently the Solutions Lead at MoneyOwl, overseeing the Investment and Financial Literacy portfolios. Her job is to help ordinary Singaporeans get access to high quality, comprehensive and unbiased financial advice, as well as educate them on the benefits of low-cost, diversified, long-term investments so that everyone can make money decisions easily and confidently to live their best life.

Her previous role was at CPF Board, where she spent 12 years digesting and breaking down intricate policies and concepts to help Singaporeans understand CPF to achieve a better retirement. As the media relations specialist for CPF schemes on retirement, healthcare and investments, she implemented communications strategies to explain changes, manage public perception, and gain public trust and confidence in the CPF system. Prior to that, she was at International Enterprise Singapore, now known as Enterprise Singapore, to help Singapore enterprises expand into overseas markets such as China and Vietnam through working with local, international and trade media.

Daphne holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours (First Class) from the National University of Singapore. Besides her role at MoneyOwl, her other job is being mum to three girls, who collectively make her work harder than her full-time profession.
