Frequently Asked Questions

It may take up to 4 weeks to receive the reward(s) for the referrer and the referee.

MoneyOwl will send all rewards via email. Do check the email mailbox that you used to sign up with MoneyOwl.

  2. Download “Grab” app on your smartphone if you have not
  3. Click on voucher link in email
  4. Follow instructions on screen to claim the credit

You can track your rewards by logging in to your MoneyOwl account, go to Dashboard > Menu > Refer a Friend

You can find your referral link/code by logging in to your MoneyOwl account, go to Dashboard > Menu > Refer a Friend

You can get up to 3 rewards if you are a referee for each product (Insurance, Investment, and Comprehensive Financial Planning). As a referrer you will receive up to 3 rewards per referee, however, there is no limitation as to how many referees you can have.

However, the rewards from this referral campaign cannot be stacked with other referral campaigns.

Terms & Conditions:

For Referrers:

1. The referrer must be a current client of MoneyOwl.
2. The referrer needs to have a MoneyOwl account.
3. The referrer can refer to an unlimited number of referees.
4. The referrer can only claim the reward up to 3 times (once each on the different eligible products) per referee.
5. The maximum waiting period for receipt of rewards is 4 weeks.
6. The rewards from this referral campaign cannot be stacked with other referral campaigns.
7. The referrer should not be on the referral programme as a full-time occupation.
8. A referrer must not provide any financial advice to their referees.
9. A referrer should not sell their unique referral code to other individuals.

  • The referrer must be a current client of MoneyOwl.

2. The referral code needs to be applied at the point of creating a MoneyOwl account in order to be eligible.
3. The eligibility period of the referral programme is 90 days from the referee’s MoneyOwl account creation date. This means that only eligible service(s) used within 90 days will be eligible for rewards.
4. The maximum waiting period for receipt of rewards is 4 weeks.
5. The rewards from this referral campaign cannot be stacked with other referral campaigns.
6. If you closed your MoneyOwl account, you need to wait 1 year before opening a new account in order to be eligible for the referee rewards under the referral programme.
7. The referee can only claim the reward up to 3 times (once each on the different products)
   a. Insurance Service: At least one insurance plan to be purchased and issued through MoneyOwl
   b. Comprehensive Financial Planning Service: Comprehensive plans need to be paid for and completed. Rewards from this referral campaign cannot be stacked with other CFP promotional campaigns except for the exclusive promo to NTUC Members.
   c. Investment Service:
     – Includes both cash and SRS investment or WiseSaver/WiseIncome portfolios.
     – At least one investment portfolio must be successfully set up and funded.

For Referrers:
