Our Head of Solutions, Lena Teng, was asked to give her opinions on CPF and housing loans. She agrees that there is no right or wrong when using CPF to pay off housing loans as it comes down to personal preference. For example, some people do not want to be in debt as it affects their quality of life while others pay off theusing ir debts quickly so that they can get a higher loan-to-valuation when buying their second homes.
